The king has been dethroned!   Hugh Jackman has been defeated by Robert Downey Jr. by one point in one of 3 nail biting match-ups.  David Tennant squeaks out another win this week and the tie for last place in the Pit Division has been broken.  With only two weeks of regular season action left, the matches are more exciting than ever!  Get the popcorn, it's going to get juicy!

The Remembrall: 4th - 10th March

The Quidditch Square Deal Challenge started on Sunday.  You can craft a whole new project for it or get some much needed work done on your Blanket Square collection.  For the knitting and crochet options, "squares" are components so you can actually craft triangles, fish, hexipuffs or anything that tessellates.  Check out the video for more information and visit the Slytherin Locker Room for help, ideas and patterns.


Those taking part in the Patronus Swap need to get parcels posted off by the 8th.

Order Missions can be handed in starting Sunday 10th, so if yours is complete get it in.  If not, remember this is the final month and work must be completed by the 24th.

Other than that it's a quiet week for most Slytherins so get working on those OWLs, NEWTs, Order Missions and classes ready for the end of the month.

Class professors this isn't a quiet week for you at all unfortunately.  Remember to get your month end marking completed at the start of this week.

Evil’s Cheat Sheet of Total Domination, Feb 23-28

Classrooms were PACKED to bursting the last few days of February. The colors that dominated, however, were our own Silver and Green as Snakes came out on top this past week. Great job Snakes!

Last week the homework piled up as follows:
1. Snakes with 321 and a partial
2. Lions with 312
3. Puffs with 303 and a partial
4. Claws with 297

The month end totals were as follows;
1. Gryffindor with 517
2. Slytherin with 484 and a partial
3. Hufflepuff with 446 and a partial
4. Ravenclaw with 435

Before I get to the overall totals of the term so far (this is only homework, mind, so don’t underestimate how important those OWLs, NEWTs and BROOMs are), I want to extend my kudos to the Gryffs. They have picked up some of our ambition; on the first day of March they posted in every class except one. And snakes, we didn’t even post to one. With that in mind this shouldn’t be a surprise:

3. Hufflepuff with 986
4. Ravenclaw with 963

If we can best them by 100 homework assignments (or 10 complete OWLs) in March the cup is ours. Come on Noble Slytherins – turn up your Crafty!
