Evil’s Cheat Sheet of Total Domination, March 3-9

Welcome to the day the time turners get revenge. Ever since Hogwarts switched over to Princess Onica Time we have suffered the ill effects of losing a precious hour of homework (or sleep) time every spring. Better make sure you’re not late for something already!

We came in second this week in homework postings – the Lions have continued on their breakneck pace almost as if Harry himself has had something to do with it. If we lose the cup does that mean we don’t get to choose where our new common room is “located”? Turn in some homework-fast.

Snakes practiced up on their Charms this week while the rest of the school was either in Arithmancy or Muggle Studies. Potions seems to be overlooked by everyone except the Badgers – perhaps we need an x-y-z craft along for yellow yarn zebras?

Now’s the time to turn in your OWLs. If you see some smoke coming from the Greenhouse, it’s just me working my Evilness on Herbology. First years may wish to use the available earmuffs. No, it’s not Mandrake season; I grew up near Sailors and have the mouth to prove it.

Unacceptable homework excuse of the week: It’s not due for another hour, right?

Get them all done and turn them all in noble Slytherins! Let’s see what you’ve got.

Hotties and their Cars

This week had some engines revving in the Snake Pit, as beautiful people brought their motor vehicles with them to the Hottie thread. The winner was a surprisingly sedate auto with a familiar-faced driver - Jason Isaacs playing Jackson Brodie on Case Histories! He drives a sexy little Alfa Romeo 156 in the show (thanks to londonaftrdark for finding out the car he usually drives!):

I'm on vacation next week and away from a computer, so instead of the usual themed hottie contest, it's Open Mic week -- post lots of lovely pictures in the Bring Forth the Hotties thread in the Snake Pit!

Evil’s Cheat Sheet of Total Domination, End of Feb & start of March

HeeeeelllllllooooOOOOOO there Snakies! The whole school made a huge effort on our extra day and, well, we seem to have lost that battle. Great job to the Gryffs who came out on top again. Overall in February, you see, the count is…um, we’re not last.

Time for a new strategy! Finish your OWLS, everybody take an interest in Quidditch and get some KALs going! For the love of Girly – we’ve got to ramp up our ambition if we’re going to win.

In fact – I’m issuing a challenge. You heard me – A CHALLENGE. A box of yarn just arrived at my super-secret Lair yesterday and I’m going to post 15 hats for Quidditch (charity does a soul good) before my next blog post. Anyone think they can beat me? There are prizes…

Battle hotties

After watching all of the hottie nominees fight the undead hordes, one emerged victorious from the close race:  Dean Winchester!

Played by Jensen Ackles on the television show Supernatural, his battle resume is filled with an astonishing variety of evil foes, all vanquished by his strength, skill, and ... hotness. Yep, I bet he knows just how to distract evil and hit them while they're drooling. Also, I bet his brain is really sexy to a zombie.

For next week, head on over to the Bring Forth the Hotties thread in the Snake Pit, and nominate your favorite Hotties With Awesome Cars. Pictures should show the nominee with their auto-of-hotness (owned, rented, or borrowed) and, of course, have the name listed so everyone knows who it is.
